* Prices may vary slightly according to the condition of the instrument. Prices above do not include shipping/insurance charges. Repairs are completed on a first-come, first-serve basis. It is very important when shipping an instrument in for repairs that you include a note in the box with your contact information (name, address, phone number and email address) as well as the reason you are sending the instrument in. The package should also be marked "Attn: Repairs" on the outside of the box so that we can quickly receive you package. Since we service a high volume of instruments, failure to comply will most likely cause a delay in the repair of your instrument. **General adjustments do not include cleaning or polishing of the instrument. You must specify if you would like this service with a general adjustment at the time the instrument is shipped. There is a minimum additional charge of $30 per instrument. For excessive tarnish, there may be an additional charge.
Repads and overhauls with Straubinger pads are quoted pricing on a case by case basis. Please contact us about sending your instrument in for an evaluation and estimate.
