Free Standard Shipping (USPS) and Handling On Gift Certificates!  Shipping and handling charges on gift certificates will be removed when we receive your order. (If you would like your gift certificates sent by any other shipping method you will be charged accordingly.) Gift Certificate Redemption Policy: To redeem a gift certificate online, please make sure to include your gift certificate number and value in the comment box which you will see towards the end of the check-out process.  The gift certificate must then be mailed back to the store at the following address in order for the gift certificate redemption process to be complete and for you to receive the proper credit: Flute World 29920 Orchard Lake Road Farmington Hills, MI  48334 248-855-0410 Please be aware that when using a gift certificate on an online order, you must still provide a credit card to submit and complete your order.   If redeeming an online gift certificate(12 digit alpha/numeric number) please enter that number in the blue box before selecting your credit card information.  If entered correctly, the online order system will accept your number and reduce the amount to be charged to the credit card accordingly.  Note...be careful with "I", "1", "O", and "0" as they can be easily confused.   If the online system doesn't accept the number, please call us to get the correct number.  If the gift certificate value is greater than the amount of your order, the remaining balance will added to your in-store account.  If the gift certificate value is  less than the amount of your order, you must provide a credit card number for processing.  The remaining balance of your order will be charged to this credit card before it is shipped.
